A few good questions.
A little help choosing their gift.
What comes with the board?
The board includes four sorting drawers, felt cloth, clear protective film, a separate rotating base and tilt support, plus a magnifier, non-slip pads, drawer pulls and a carry handle. A jigsaw puzzle is not included.
Can they leave an unfinished puzzle on it?
Yes. Cover the work with the included clear film, close the drawers and keep the board horizontal when moving it. The film is a protective cover, rather than a locking travel case. Check storage clearance before putting it under furniture.
Is it easy to move?
The 1500-piece board weighs about 12.8 lb; the 2000-piece board about 18.7 lb, before adding a puzzle. Consider the recipient's ability to lift and carry the full board comfortably.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the contiguous US typically takes another 3 to 7 business days after shipping. These are estimates; see the shipping page for full details.
What if the gift isn't the right fit?
Returns are available within 45 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, with all parts included. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Read the return policy.
