We want you to be happy with your board. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 45 days of delivery.

Use the email from checkout to sign in with a six-digit code - no password needed. You can request a return for delivered items or ask to cancel unshipped items before your order ships. We review every request.

Condition
Items should be returned in original condition and packaging, with all parts - drawers, felt cloth, and film - included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or defective
If your board arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 45 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you - replacement or full refund.
