30-day returns.

We want you to be happy with your board. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@puzodyssey.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions and the return address.

Condition

Items should be returned in original condition and packaging, with all parts - drawers, felt cloth, and film - included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective

If your board arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you - replacement or full refund.
