Damaged or defective

If your board arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 45 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you - replacement or full refund.

Choose by your puzzle's finished dimensions, not piece count alone: the 1500-piece board has a 34 x 25 in usable puzzle area, and the 2000-piece board has a 39 x 28 in usable area. Choose a size that fits your finished puzzle with room for your preferred sorting setup, and check that your table can accommodate the board, open drawers, and rotation.

How much table space does the puzzle board need?

The 1500-piece board has a 35 x 26 in footprint, while the 2000-piece board measures 40 x 29 in overall. Measure your table before ordering and allow extra room around the board for opening the drawers and rotating it.

How much does each puzzle board weigh?

The 1500-piece board weighs approximately 12.8 lb (5.8 kg), and the 2000-piece board weighs approximately 18.7 lb (8.5 kg), before adding your puzzle. Consider both the weight and overall size when deciding which board you can comfortably move and store.

Yes, the board rotates 360 degrees on its separate base and offers 15-, 20-, and 30-degree tilt positions. These options help bring different sections closer and let you choose a comfortable viewing angle.

How do the sorting drawers help organize puzzle pieces?

Use the four drawers to separate edges, colors, patterns, or sections so you can return to your sorting between sessions. Each drawer measures 11.8 x 12.8 in on the 1500-piece board or 13.2 x 15.3 in on the 2000-piece board.

Can I leave an unfinished puzzle on the board?

Yes, you can leave your puzzle in progress on the board and use the included clear film to cover it between sessions. Close the drawers and move the board steadily when clearing your table; the film is a protective cover, not a locking travel case.

Can I store the board under a bed or sofa?

You can store the board under furniture if the opening accommodates the full board and your complete setup, including any attached base or support. Check the width, depth, and height first, then cover the puzzle and close the drawers before moving it.

Is the puzzle board pet-proof or child-proof?

The clear film helps cover unfinished work between sessions, but the board is not a locking or sealed case. Store it away from pets and children when unattended rather than relying on the film to prevent all disturbance.

What is the puzzle board made from, and where is it made?

The PuzOdyssey Rotating Puzzle Board is made with pine and beech wood and is manufactured in China. It includes felt cloth for the puzzle surface and clear protective film for covering work between sessions.
