Will the board stay flat?

It is built as a solid, flat wooden surface meant to sit level on a table and hold a full puzzle steady. If your board ever arrives or settles less than flat, send a photo within 45 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Assembly required?

No major assembly. Set the rotating base and tilt support in place, then start puzzling.

Will it fit my table?

The 1500-piece board is 35 x 26 in (89 x 66 cm); the 2000-piece is 40 x 29 in (102 x 74 cm). A finished 1000-piece puzzle is about 27 x 20 in (70 x 50 cm). Measure your table so the board sits flat with room around it.

Does the cover protect unfinished puzzles?

The felt surface and clear film help keep pieces in place between sessions, so you can stop for dinner, cleaning, or the next day without rebuilding your setup.

Will pieces slide when I rotate it?

The felt surface adds grip and the separate base lets the board rotate in place. Move it steadily, especially when the puzzle is loose or unfinished.

Is it useful in a home with pets or children?

It helps you cover and move unfinished work out of the way. It is not a locking storage case, so keep active puzzles in a safer spot when the room gets busy.

What if I change my mind?

You have 45 days, no questions asked. If the board isn't right for your home, return it for any reason within 45 days of delivery.

Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How much does each size weigh, and what are the shipping carton dimensions?

The 1,500-piece board weighs 5.8 kg net and ships at 6.8 kg gross in a 92 × 71 × 7 cm external carton. The 2,000-piece board weighs 8.5 kg net and ships at 9.5 kg gross in a 105 × 78 × 7 cm external carton.
