PuzOdyssey App Terms of Service

This page covers use of the PuzOdyssey iOS app. Store orders, shipping, returns, and checkout policies are handled separately on our shopping site.

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PuzOdyssey iOS app, provided by MITANG TRADE CO., LIMITED. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

PuzOdyssey helps you record jigsaw puzzle progress over time. You can create puzzles, save progress photos, write notes, finish a puzzle, and make a Memory Book. You are responsible for the photos, notes, puzzle names, and other content that you add to the app.

Optional account and cloud backup

You can use PuzOdyssey without creating an account. Sign-in with Apple, Google, or an email code is optional and is used for cloud backup, restore, sign-out, and account deletion. If you use cloud backup, your selected puzzle data, photos, notes, and Memory Book content may be stored under your account.

Photos and user content

You should only add content that you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. PuzOdyssey is intended for lawful puzzle progress photos and related notes.

Account deletion and local data

If you delete your cloud account in the app, we delete your Supabase account record, cloud backup files, and related profile data. Content stored locally on your phone may remain on that phone unless you delete local data or remove the app from your device.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or cloud features. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of local memories if your device is lost, damaged, or deleted without a backup.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MITANG TRADE CO., LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, memories, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the Last updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
