Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they ship.

Lost your tracking email?

Check your spam folder, or email support@puzodyssey.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Tracking not updating?

Carriers can take 24-48 hours to scan a new label. If it has been longer, reach out and we will investigate.

Need help?

Send your order number and shipping email to support@puzodyssey.com so we can look it up quickly. A self-service order lookup will be added after the Shopify store is connected.
